I welcome any talent that has talents but needs time to develop that talent because I think this shows we really care about good performers. But underperforming performers at large institutions can spread the word by inviting people to contribute to future institutions. I continue to think it is important for all professional students to collaborate on creating a vibrant representation of diversity, so that we can allow people to be creative and contribute to excellence. I also want to recognize that I feel confident that I can achieve the same kind of goals in every way that I have since my
